Everybody is welcome to this meeting. Only members of the orchestra, which include both musicians and donors of $25 or more, can participate in discussion and vote in the election of board members.

At this meeting we will provide a State of the Orchestra presentation, will discuss the upcoming 51st season programming, and other information. We will also conduct our required annual Orchestra business – financial reports, Bylaws updates, and voting on Board Members and Officers.

Because we are maintaining social distancing, electronic ballots and instructions will be provided via email to all eligible members prior to the meeting. Even if you cannot attend the livestream and participate in the meeting it will be vitally important to fill out and submit your ballot for quorum purposes.
