Production Manager Needed

Job description: The BSO production manager assumes the primary role for all matters involving rehearsal and performance space, equipment rental and transportation, and the physical or technical aspect of all concert performances.
Time commitment:
- Rehearsals: August – May, most Tuesdays 6-7pm, 9:30-10pm, Set up and tear down of space
- Performances: 6-8 concerts through the year (usually Sundays 11am – 8pm plus 2 midweek evenings)
- Other: Arrange transportation of equipment to and from the performance venue
- Total ~130 hours annually
- Minimum 1 year commitment required
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to drive a small rental truck
Compensation: $320 per month for 12 months
